Pursuant to the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of June 30, 2017, Mr. Tomasz Łapiński holds the position of President of the Management Board. During the period from June 2008 to June 2017 he acted as Ronson Group Board Member and Financial Director, however, in April 2017 the Management Board entrusted him with the function of President of the Management Board. Over the years 2000-2008 he worked in UniCredit CA IB Poland in Warsaw (previously CA IB Financial Advisers) – an Investment bank of the UniCredit Group.
Mr. Łapiński’s experience in investment banking mainly involves merger and acquisition transactions (M&A) as well as implementation of other projects related to corporate finance consulting. Mr. Łapiński was also responsible for projects related to public offering of securities (ECM), including the first public offer of Ronson Europe N.V. Mr. Łapiński has gained the most extensive experience in the real estate, energy and IT sectors.
In 1998-2000 he worked for Central Europe Trust. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.
