Mr. Yaron Shama was appointed for the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice – President of the Management Board, on February 1st 2020.
He is a certified public accountant with twenty years’ experience in real estate development sector. Prior to joining the Management Board of Ronson Development, for nine years he was a Chief Financial Officer at Bellport Corp. (formerly: Orchid Development Group ltd), a company from the development industry operating in Bulgaria whose shares were traded on the London AIM market. Earlier, for ten years he performed various managerial functions in companies conducting real estate development activities in Poland.
